Yes, yes, I know-- no posts in over two weeks. I'm sorry.
I have had a busy couple of weeks ever since my son started school, an in addition to that, have started walking (and now doing Couch to 5k!) with a friend at night when I would normally post to my blog.
I have become a little discouraged, as well. While my first week of calorie counting had me at a loss of 6 pounds, subsequent weeks had me at a standstill. I'm trying to figure out if I should do Weight Watchers again since I have always felt my loss was easier on that program. Any thoughts?
